Installation Guide

This guide walks you through the installation and deployment of SDW AIKO.

1. Prerequisites

Install the following dependencies before installing SDW AIKO.

Git Bash

Download Links

• Mirror (faster in China): https://registry.npmmirror.com/binary.html?path=git-for-windows/

Download the installer for your system (prefer 64-bit Git for Windows Setup) and follow the default wizard to complete installation.

Note: The installer is also provided in the distribution folder.

Python

Download a stable Python release. Make sure to check Add Python to PATH during installation.

Important

Ensure Add Python to PATH is checked. Otherwise, subsequent commands may fail.

uv

Open Git Bash and run:

pip install uv

2. Installation

Download from Optics Valley Software Center

1. Open Optics Valley Software Center
2. Search for sdw to find SDW AIKO
3. Click to download and install

Note

The current version only supports M-series Macs. Intel version is not yet available — please provide feedback in the official group if needed.

3. Verification

After installation, double-click the desktop shortcut to launch the software.

Success Criteria

The engine initializes successfully and the interface loads normally — installation is complete.
